Hello everyone,
My name is Atsushi Totsuka, the president of the Japan association of detectives.
Let me talk a bit about my childhood. I lived and grew up in an orphanage when I was a kid.
Being raised in such an environment that living with other children without parents because of various reasons led me to pursue the career path as a detective. While I was young, I understood that these children in Orphanage including myself were the victims of crime or other inevitable reason that they have no way to fight.
After leaving an Orphanage at the age of 18, I started working while going to the high school at the same time. Being supported by a lot of people around me throughout my life made me majoring in psychology to deepen my understanding and improve the intuition that requires to be the best detective.
When I was at college, I was working for the detective agency. My contribution to resolving the cases in Japan was recognised and I was assigned as a manager at a famous Japanese detective agency. I am featured on many Japanese TV programs.
About 20 years ago, I started my own detective office, Observer Inc. In 2010, the purpose of providing necessary information to detective peers in consideration of the circumstances individually, and for educational purposes of detectives, I and other members from 10 different detective agencies have established the Detective Association.
